Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder containing 20-30 grams of protein
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2 cups of matcha limeade
  • Crushed ice

Matcha Limeade

  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • Juice of 2-3 lime
  • 4-5 cups filtered water
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the matcha with about filtered water, lime juice and any sweetener that you like. Add matcha and protein powder and whisk well to combine.
