Peanut Butter Key 3 Smoothie

Calling all peanut butter lovers: this smoothie is about to become your new obsession and the best part? It’s just 3.8g net carbs per portion, making it a guilt-free indulgence! This metabolism-boosting Key 3 smoothie gives your body and minds everything it needs to function optimally. It’s a perfect mix of protein, fibre and healthy fats (AKA the Key3). It feeds your anti-inflammatory gut microbes, balances your hormones and regulates your blood sugar. So you can feel satisfied, energized, and focused for the day. It also keeps your digestion running smoothly which is key for a healthy body and mind.

Here are some tips:

  • For protein powers, we love Nuzest and Truvani. It’s important to choose one that you like – it can make all the difference! You can also use collagen if you prefer but keep in mind that collagen powders don’t have that vanilla flavour. Just make sure that you’re using enough scoops to get the 20g of protein.
  • If you don’t have one of the ingredients, just swap it out for something that you do have. The key is getting enough protein, fibre, and fats.
Delicious peanut butter smoothie with creamy texture, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
