Vanilla Cinnamon Key 3 Smoothie

This metabolism-boosting Key3 smoothie gives your body and minds everything it needs to function optimally. It’s a perfect mix of protein, fibre and healthy fats (AKA the Key3). It feeds your anti-inflammatory gut microbes, balances your hormones and regulates your blood sugar. So you can feel satisfied, energized, and focused for the day. It also keeps your digestion running smoothly which is key for a healthy body and mind. This smoothie should keep you full for around four hours!

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t hesitate to use frozen fruits and veggies, they are equally healthy as fresh. I actually prefer frozen since I can always keep some on hand (unless it’s winter then I prefer fresh).
  • For protein powers, we love Nuzest and Truvani. It’s important to choose one that you like – it can make all the difference! You can also use collagen if you prefer but keep in mind that collagen powders don’t have that vanilla flavour. Just make sure that you’re using enough scoops to get the 20g of protein.
  • If you don’t have one of the ingredients, just swap it out for something that you do have. The key is getting enough protein, fibre, and fats.
