Ingredients

3 medium oranges, peeled and segmented or

sliced

2 cups button mushrooms, sliced

1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise into long strips

1⁄2 tablespoon cumin seeds

5 cups arugula

1⁄2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
