Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb lean ground grass-fed beef
  • ¾ cup organic oat bran, uncooked
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Coarse salt
  • Parsley
  • Tomato sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all the above ingredients
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Form meatballs approx 2 inches in diameter, and place on an ungreased baking sheet
  • Sprinkle with coarse salt
  • Bake at 350*F until nicely browned
  • Add them into tomato sauce after to keep them moist!
