Slaw Medley

The star of this show is broccoli. Those mighty florets are bursting with essential vitamins, like vitamin C, which is great for your immune system. They’re also rich in fiber, promoting healthy digestion and keeping your tummy smiling throughout the day.

Now, when it comes to broccoli slaw, we’ve got a secret weapon—the julienned broccoli stems. These humble heroes bring a subtle sweetness and a satisfying texture to the mix, ensuring that every bite is a harmonious symphony of flavors. With the flax and pumpkin seed, you can get all the healthy fats while giving your salad an extra crunch. Don’t let those stems go to waste—turn them into the shining stars of your next picnic or summer cookout.

It’s the ultimate sidekick for any outdoor gathering, packing a nutritious punch that will impress even the most discerning palates.
