Ingredients

14- ounce package of organic extra-firm tofu (drained and pressed)

Olive

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Prep a baking sheet by spraying a thin layer of olive oil to coat the pan.
  2. Once tofu has been pressed, cut into cubes and place in a single layer on baking sheet. Lightly spray with with olive oil to coat tofu.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through the bake time.
  4. Store in a resealable container in the fridge for up to 6 days.

Note: You can use avocado oil spray instead of olive oil. If you don’t have a spray oil option, then you can place tofu cubes in a mixing bowl and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Gently toss to coat the tofu and then place on baking sheet.
