Super Seedy Key 3 Smoothie

Want to give your body and guts a little morning boost? Look no further than this epic smoothie, packed with all the Key 3 essentials: healthy fats, fiber, and protein. With all that goodness in one glass, you’ll be setting yourself up for success when it comes to anti-inflammatory gut health, cholesterol levels, blood sugar spikes, and hormones. Translation: you’ll be feeling like a superhero before you’ve even finished your morning routine! So why not start your day off on the right foot and give this smoothie a try? Your body (and taste buds) will thank you.

Also – this isn’t like your typical smoothie that fills you up for exactly 2 seconds – this nourishes your body and should keep you full for a few hours at least!

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t hesitate to use frozen fruits and veggies, they are equally healthy as fresh. I actually prefer frozen since I can always keep some on hand (unless it’s winter then I prefer fresh). If you’re using frozen spinach just use a tiny bit (not a whole handful).
  • For protein powers, we love Nuzest and Truvani. It’s important to choose one that you like – it can make all the difference! You can also use collagen if you prefer. Just make sure that you’re using enough scoops to get the 20g of protein.
  • If you don’t have one of the ingredients, just swap it out for something that you do have. The key is getting enough protein, fiber, and fats.
