Ingredients

2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented or sliced into rounds

2 medium carrots, shredded

1 pre-cooked beet

1 cup frozen corn, thawed

1 shallot or small onion, chopped

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon fennel seeds

5 cups of mixed greens
