Almond Cacao Key 3 Smoothie

Get ready to meet your new go-to morning drink: the Key3 smoothie. Packed with the delicious combo of almonds and cacao, this smoothie is a real powerhouse when it comes to boosting your metabolism and giving your body and mind the fuel they need to function at their best. With a winning mix of protein, fiber, and healthy fats (a.k.a. the Key3), you’ll be feeling full and satisfied for hours to come. And the best part? This smoothie is not only yummy but also super gut- and hormone-friendly. Plus, it’s a sneaky way to get some veggies into your diet before you even leave the house. So go ahead and sip your way to a happy and healthy day!

Also – this isn’t like your typical smoothie that fills you up for exactly 2 seconds – this nourishes your body and should keep you full for a few hours at least!

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t hesitate to use frozen fruits and veggies, they are equally healthy as fresh. I actually prefer frozen since I can always keep some on hand (unless it’s winter then I prefer fresh).  If you’re using frozen spinach just use a tiny bit (not a whole handful).
  • For protein powers, we love Nuzest and Truvani. It’s essential to choose one that you like – it can make all the difference! You can also use collagen if you prefer but keep in mind that collagen powders don’t have that vanilla flavor. Just ensure you’re using enough scoops to get the 20g of protein.
  • If you don’t have one of the ingredients, just swap it out for something that you do have. The key is getting enough protein, fiber, and fats.
