Ingredients

one  cucumber sliced or diced

one red onion medium diced

coriander (cilantro, parsley, basil) chopped

one tomato diced

coarsely crushed peanuts

2-3 table spoons of curd (unsweetened yoghurt)

salt and pepper as per taste

Instructions

Add cucumber, onion, tomato in a bowl, top it with curd and crushed peanuts and give it a toss and add seasoning as per your taste.

Preferably use cold curd or unsweetened yoghurt

There is no involvement of heat in the recipe.

Garnish with coriander(or parley, basil) and serve along with your lunch or dinner as a salad.
