Blueberry Almond Milk Shake

We’ve combined the goodness of blueberries with the creaminess of almond milk to create a nutritious treat that will energise and satisfy you. Blueberries are a nutritional powerhouse. Packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber, they support your overall well-being and contribute to a healthy gut. These vibrant blue gems are nature’s gift to your taste buds and body!

In this recipe, we blend vibrant blueberries with creamy almond milk to create a luscious shake that’s both refreshing and nourishing. It’s like a whirlwind of flavors dancing in your mouth, providing you with a playful and refreshing experience.

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t hesitate to use frozen fruits and veggies, they are equally healthy as fresh. I actually prefer frozen since I can always keep some on hand (unless it’s winter then I prefer fresh).
  • For protein powers, we love Nuzest and Truvani. It’s important to choose one that you like – it can make all the difference! You can also use collagen if you prefer but keep in mind that collagen powders don’t have that vanilla flavour. Just make sure that you’re using enough scoops to get the 20g of protein.
  • If you don’t have one of the ingredients, just swap it out for something that you do have. The key is getting enough protein, fibre, and fats.
