Ingredients

2 1/2 cups jicama, peeled and julienned

1 1/2 tsp olive oil (or garlic-infused olive oil)

Pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place the jicama and drizzle olive oil over the top. Toss to coat the jicama with oil. Add in the salt and pepper, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss again to fully coat.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip halfway through.
  4. Serve with guacamole or dip of choice.
