The last one is by far the most important 🙌🏼 When people come to me with hormone problems, the first place we look is the GUT. It’s the root cause of hormone imbalances and the gateway to hormone health. If you don’t address the gut, you’re just be chasing short term solutions that will leave you running in circles.

Modern life throws our bodies off balance, so we need to put in some effort to feel our best. It may seem like a lot of work, but it's really about finding the key changes and making them a natural part of your routine 🫶🏼

It’s easy to get caught up in what we don’t have,

It’s easy to get caught up in what we don’t have, so here’s a little mid week reminder of the things that actually count 🤍

🌱 Eat a diversity of plants: A diet rich in different types of plants (vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds) increases the diversity of your good gut bacteria.

🌶️ Add spices to your dishes: Many spices support a healthy inflammatory response and can improve digestion.

🥬 Eat fermented foods: Fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi contain probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can help maintain a healthy balance of gut flora.

🫶🏻 Use quality digestive support: My favorite line of quality digestive support supplements is @lifeextension. If you need some quality options - link is in bio! Use code KYLIE10 for a special offer at checkout.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Protect your peace: Your brain talks to your gut, and too much stress can impact your gut microbes.

🌿 Enjoy fresh herbs: Similar to spices, many herbs benefit a healthy inflammatory response and can aid digestion.

🚶🏼‍♀️Practice mindful movement: Gentle exercise can help reduce stress and may improve gut motility and function.
Find something that you love and stick to it!

👯‍♀️Connect with good friends: Social interactions can increase happy hormones and improve gut health.

🌳Get out in nature: Exposure to natural environments has been shown to reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being, which can positively influence gut health.

☀️Get morning sun: Exposure to sunlight in the morning helps regulate circadian rhythms, which can improve digestion and overall gut health.
